Product introduction
The internal inlet mesh screen is suitable for the solid-liquid separation process and can be widely used in municipal sewage such as new construction, reconstruction, water quality upgrading, technical transformation, upgrading of sewage treatment plant pretreatment process, and reclaimed water depth treatment process, industrial sewage such as textile, paper and other processes and tap water pretreatment process.


The internal inlet mesh screen is composed of six parts: frame, drive system, grid system, backwash system, slag removal system, and electric control system. The gear motor drives the sprocket to rotate, the sprocket drives the continuous rotation of the mesh board: the sewage enters the grating from the water inlet, filtered by the mesh board: after filtering, the water flows to the outside of the mesh board and the dirt is trapped on the inner surface of the mesh board, with the continuous rotation of the mesh board to the top: the backwash system washes the outside of the mesh board, the dirt is washed to the slag collection tank under the action of the washing water, and flows out of the sewage port with the washing water.

The main material is 304 stainless steel.

The drive sprocket adopts PA1010, which has excellent wear resistance and self-lubrication, good rigidity, mechanical strength, and medium stability, and its acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance and cold resistance are very good, ensuring the use in the sewage environment.

3. Mesh screen

The inner sleeve of the rotary wheel is nylon injection molded parts, and the coat is treated with hanging glue to improve wear resistance. Because the rubber layer has good elasticity, it greatly extends its service life and protects the surface of the guide rail.

The chain plate is a polyethylene injection molding part with a unique structural design, which can be well sealed with the end face of the rail during the rotation process of the grid board to prevent dirt from entering the rail and causing water pollution and rail wear after filtration.

The mesh board is the core component of the whole grid, the use of non-metal injection parts reduces the weight of the whole machine, while the modular design is conducive to the installation and maintenance of the mesh board system.

The internal inlet screen has demonstrated a strong solid-liquid separation capability in municipal and industrial water treatment systems. This equipment achieves filtration through the internal water inlet mode, effectively solving the problems of easy clogging and frequent maintenance of traditional equipment, and is suitable for scenarios with high requirements for suspended matter interception accuracy.

In the technical transformation project of the municipal sewage treatment plant, the internal inlet screen is often installed at the front end of the water inlet channel. The internal water inlet screen consists of six parts: frame, transmission system, fence system, backwashing system, slag removal system, and electronic control system. Sewage enters the fence from the water inlet and is filtered through the mesh plate. After filtration, the water flows to the outside of the mesh plate to intercept the dirt on the inner surface of the mesh plate, and then to the top with the continuous rotation of the mesh plate. The backwashing system of the internal inlet screen washes the outside of the mesh plate, and the dirt is washed into the slag collection tank under the action of the flushing water, and then flows out of the sewage outlet with the flushing water.
