The integrated dosing device adopts a modular design, integrating the reagent storage system, dry casting machine, heating anti-caking device, dissolution mixing unit and intelligent control system into a unified industrial platform. Its core innovation lies in the synergy between the dry casting machine and the heating system.
In terms of automatic control, the device is equipped with PLC and HMI human-machine interface, integrated liquid level sensor, flow meter and PH/ORP online monitoring module. When the powder material level is lower than the preset threshold (such as 10%), the system triggers an audible and visual alarm and automatically suspends feeding. At the same time, it sends an early warning signal to the host computer through the Modbus protocol to ensure continuous production without interruption. For complex working conditions, users can expand the optional online dilution system to achieve dynamic dilution of the agent concentration through the secondary mixing chamber, such as diluting 10% of the original solution to 0.5% working concentration in real time to meet the differentiated needs of different treatment stages. In order to cope with corrosive media and complex environments, the tank material can be selected, stainless steel 304, polypropylene PP, glass fiber FRP, etc.
