Product introduction

The body of the non-wearing screw stacker is laminated by a circular fixed ring and a swimming ring, and two spiral shafts penetrate through it to form a filter cavity. Under the action of external driving and guiding devices, the upper end of the movable ring produces up and down linear motion, and the lower end produces Left and left pendulum move, continuously dislocation with the fixing ring, keeping the filter joint unobstructed, and the two rotary shafts in the cavity are wells running, turning each other, and the sludge is pushed and squeezed by the spiral shaft. Gradually dehydrate.





After gravity concentration in the concentration section, the sludge is transported to the dehydration section. During the progress process, as the filter joint and the pitch gradually decrease, the barrier effect of the backpressure plate, generates extremely high pressure, and the volume continues to shrink, achieving the Fully dehydrated purpose.



1. Double helix design

The flocculated sludge enters from the feed port and is transported rolled and squeezed by two parallel and interlaced spiral shafts (active spiral shaft and driven spiral shaft) that gradually decrease in pitch.

2. Adopt an independent swimming ring drive mechanism

The independent swimming ring driving mechanism allows the swimming ring to swing without contact with the spiral shaft to automatically clean the filter joint. The swimming ring and spiral shaft work in a wear-free state, which completely solves the swimming ring and spiral shaft. Wear problems greatly reduce maintenance costs.

3. Adopt an elastic backpressure mechanism

The elastic backpressure mechanism can adjust the mud gap by itself according to the internal cavity pressure, avoiding excessive internal pressure to prevent premature damage to the spiral shaft and the swimming ring, and extending the service life of the equipment. When the pressure of the inner cavity becomes larger, the backpressure plate moves backward, and the gap of mud out becomes larger, so that the internal pressure is released; when the pressure of the inner cavity becomes smaller, the backpressure plate moves forward, and the gap of mud out becomes smaller, so that the internal pressure becomes larger, so that the pressure is larger so that the pressure is greater so that the backpressure plate moves forward; when the pressure of the inner cavity becomes smaller, the gap of mud out becomes smaller, so that the internal pressure becomes larger, so that the pressure is greater, so that the pressure is greater so that the backpressure plate moves forward; Dry mud.
