Reasons for slow startup of sludge dewatering machine

If we find that the sludge dewatering machine starts or works slowly during daily use, we should check and troubleshoot the fault in time. The important reasons are as follows:

1. The pneumatic diaphragm pump of the sludge dewatering machine fails to start

2. Check whether there are impurities or other objects blocking the air inlet of the valve at the bottom of the air valve.

3. Check whether the moving shaft is worn, or the position is displaced and stuck. If so, the position needs to be adjusted.

4. Check whether the air filter and lubrication device are working properly. If not, they should be replaced in time.
