The Fiber Turntable Filter Cloth Filter (QBFP Series) uses filter cloth as the medium. Through the synergistic effect of gravity filtration and dynamic backwashing, it realizes the fine interception of suspended matter and the continuous operation of the system, becoming an indispensable key link in the current sewage treatment process chain.
When the equipment is running, the sewage flows into the filter through the water inlet weir plate and passes through the filter cloth under the action of gravity. In this process, the fluff fibers on the surface of the filter cloth form a dense barrier by flattening and lodging, which can efficiently intercept tiny particles such as suspended matter and short fibers. After the raw water is filtered by the filter cloth, the clean water enters the filter disc and then flows into the adjustable outlet weir through the filter disc drum. As the filtration continues, the amount of material trapped on the filter cloth gradually increases, resulting in a slowdown in the filtration speed and a corresponding increase in the water level in the filter tank. When the water level reaches the preset value, the control system automatically starts the backwashing program and starts to clean the filter cloth. The drive motor drives the central drum to rotate, and the suction cup is close to the surface of the filter cloth for negative pressure suction, releasing the solid matter trapped between the fluff fibers, and sucking out the water in the filter disc from the inside to the outside, so that the particles deposited on the filter plate gather, thereby achieving a cleaning effect. The backwashing process of the equipment fully reflects the intelligent characteristics of the equipment.
