The advection dissolved air flotation machine is a solid-liquid separation equipment commonly used in the sewage treatment industry. It can effectively remove suspended solids, grease, and glue substances in the sewage. It is the main equipment for the preliminary treatment of sewage. It can effectively remove light flocs that are difficult to settle in wastewater. It has a large processing capacity, high efficiency, a small footprint, and a wide application range. It is widely used in wastewater treatment in petroleum, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, papermaking, oil refining, leather, steel, mechanical processing, starch, food, etc.



The dissolved gas tank produces dissolved gas water, and the dissolved gas water is decompressed and released into the water to be treated through the release device. The air dissolved in the water is released from the water to form microscopic bubbles of 20-40um. The microbubbles combine with the suspended matter in the sewage, making the suspended matter have a specific gravity smaller than that of water, and gradually float to the surface to form scum. There is a scraper system on the water surface to scrape the scum into the sludge tank. Clean water enters the clear pool from the lower part through the overflow tank.



The fine microbubbles produced can achieve a good air flotation effect. During the production operation, the amount of flocculant used is very small, and the overall gas cost is also very low. Through the control system to strictly control the operation of the equipment, it is very easy to control the entire water quality and quantity.

In the complex treatment system for industrial wastewater, the horizontal air flotation machine, with its unique physical separation logic, has become the core process unit for solving the problem of suspended solid removal.
