The QBXQ tooth rake screen is an important piece of equipment in sewage treatment. Suitable for water supply and drainage pumping stations, urban sewage, industrial wastewater, etc., used as coarse and fine grilles can be used.

Core Technology



The harrow teeth made of nylon or stainless steel are assembled on the chain shaft in a certain arrangement order to form a closed ring tooth harrow chain. The whole harrow tooth chain is driven by the drive sprocket to do the continuous circulating movement from bottom to bottom, and the suspended solids trapped on the harrow teeth are transported from the sewage to the ground or above the platform, and the materials are removed during the rotation and engagement of the harrow teeth. The purpose of this is to protect the pump and reduce the processing load of the subsequent process.

Note:

1. Theoretical water flow (not counting slag and other factors)= designed average gate velocity X water area X water surface efficient;

2. Water crossing area = channel width Bx(front water level H1-AH)/sina;

3. The power in the table corresponds to the moving speed of rake teeth 2m/min;

4 . The actual flow rate should be included in the grid slag, water, and other factors, generally estimated at 0.5 times the theoretical value.

As an important treatment equipment in the sewage treatment system, the tooth rake bar screen plays an irreplaceable role in municipal engineering and industrial wastewater treatment with its efficient solid-liquid separation ability and reliable structural design. The equipment realizes the removal of solid impurities in sewage through a unique dynamic interception mechanism of the rake chain, which not only protects the safe operation of key equipment such as water pumps, but also lays the foundation for the efficient operation of subsequent treatment.

From a structural point of view, the core component of the tooth rake bar screen is composed of rake teeth made of high-strength nylon or stainless steel. These specially designed wedge-shaped rake teeth are evenly assembled on the chain shaft at a specific spacing to form a closed ring rake chain structure. Driven by the drive device, the chain moves from bottom to top along the track through the underwater sprocket reversal. When the sewage flows through the grille surface, the rake teeth are accurately inserted into the gap between the bars to intercept and lift the suspended impurities such as leaves, fibers, and plastics to the discharge port. Under the synergistic effect of the curved rail and the cleaning device at the top of the equipment, relative displacement occurs between the rake teeth, and the dual mechanisms of gravity self-cleaning and reverse flushing are used to ensure that the intercepted materials can effectively detach from the rake teeth and be centrally processed by the screw conveyor or pressing system.
