Its core technology lies in the synergy between the screw extrusion dewatering system and multi-stage filtration. After the sludge is pumped by the vehicle-mounted pump, it first enters the pre-dehydration module, where large particles of impurities are separated by a rotating screen; then it enters the spiral extrusion chamber, where the water in the sludge is squeezed out by high-intensity mechanical force under the progressive pressure of the variable-diameter screw. At the same time, the polymer filter cloth inside the chamber further intercepts fine suspended matter. The separated sewage is sent to the flocculation tank by the cam rotor pump pressure, and the drugs in the dosing tank are injected into the flocculation tank through the dosing pump.

In terms of economic benefits, the vehicle can select different types of manure suction and purification equipment according to customer needs, and the processing speed can be fast or slow. The extruded manure after processing can be sold as organic fertilizer, which reduces the processing cost.
